Position of baby, bloat and also different dependant on what time of day you took your pictures. I noticed I always looked massive on a evening but much less bigger first thing on a morning.

It all depends on how your baby is sitting. Some days my stomach has a huge bump on the left, sometimes on the right and all over the place. It's completely normal for your stomach to keep changing positions.
