allergies while pregnant

My allergies are 100x worse since getting pregnant. I am 23 weeks along now, and I have both seasonal allergies, and I'm allergic to dust, mold, cats and dogs. My doctor prescribed me Claritin 1x per day, but it doesn't seem to do anything for me at all. Is it unsafe to try anything else if any of you know? I'll have to call my doctor tomorrow or bring it up at my appointment on Thursday, but I am just looking for some relief or insight from you ladies!!
