Did I go into shock?

Me and my partner were getting it on and sometimes we use a small dildo in my ass while he fucks me, we always put a condom on this dildo because of bacteria and stuff. Well we were just finishing up when I realised the condom had come off the dildo and it had obviously been pushed further up throughout intercourse. Luckily I managed to get it out pretty swiftly but soon after I came over feeling horrifically unwell with an upset stomach and crippling nausea. Could my body have gone into shock due to the condom as it would technically be a foreign object?
