Am I a terrible mom for working on my son's 1st bday?

I'll work on his actual birthday but the following weekend we'll have a small gathering with family with cake and stuff.

What do you ladies have planned? 
Can't believe it's almost time for a first birthday!!

The people who said yes are mean, deffo not a terrible mum, i personally would of got the time off. But he's not going to remember, your still going to see him that day and your celebrating it on the weekend. And I'm so excited for my LO's birthday we're not doing anything major just going to the petting zoo and having a meal at the Rainforest café with family
