Any insights? I haven't had AF in 4 years with mirena. Took it out 8/11. Had first AF Sep 13-16. According to cm and position, I think I ovulated Sep 30. No AF yet, and Sunday I had a BFN. Not really sure what to expect and I'm getting impatient
