Baby in 1 bedroom apt in a city?

This will be our first little one. And while I know the layout already for the furniture anyone have any tips or helpful blogs?

Only buy what you really need. Maybe only but things when you really need them like you won't need a cot till later on as you'll be using a Moses basket. Things like that will save space till you need it x

Offbeat Families and Offbeat Home has a lot of info on this. We live in a one bedroom and are expecting our second. You just have to get creative with storage and prioritize what you really need. Babies *need* very little. Just resist the idea you have to have a thousand toys, outfits, chairs, bouncers, and contraptions.

I've been asking the same thing! Everyone I've talked to has said a 1 bed apartment should be fine at least until the baby is 6 months. My cousin used a dresser drawer as a bassinet and an aunt of mine who lived in remote Alaska used a wheel barrow lol!

I'm in the same situation and have been using Pinterest. There are some great links for creating nurseries in small spaces and organizing a one bedroom to accommodate a newborn.  Good luck!

I had to due that with my first, just put a pack n play right next to our bed. I used the living room for everything else
