If so, what have you found to help you that's safe during pregnancy? I'm 30+1.

The only thing that helped me before I was pregnant was to keep turning the cold water in the shower down until I was only using hot water. Obviously, all that heat isn't safe for the baby, so I stopped when I found out I was pregnant. Sometimes I scratch until my legs bleed and I know that all the stress it's causing isn't safe for my baby. Anyone out there in the same situation?
