freaking out!!!

So I'm 25 weeks pregnant and I'm gaining double the weight each week.. the doctor told me about 1 pound a week. 4 pounds a month, I'm gaining about 6-8 pounds a month... I don't know what to do!!! I don't wanna starve myself either. Because I'm always hungry
