drink more water?!
Okay so I'm having a trouble drinking water I always have unless I use to be at the gym I'd drink my 8 cups of water there. But now I can't work out that intense so I'm going to flavored things like soda and juices which I know juice is good but. I've tried soda water 😝 and I've tried putting lemon in water or other fruits but nothing seems to work... any advice? I know it's so important to drink it 😩
