Itchy stomach

I know I'm not suppose to scratch my belly because it will cause stretch marks or so I was told but it itches so bad. What do you ladies use? I cannot for the life of me use Palmers cocoa butter. It makes me nauseous & makes me even more itchy. Thank you. (:
