Brest milk flow
I've been pumping and dumping unfortunately since day one with hopes of breast feeding eventually since a medication I am taking currently is preventing me from doing so but I should be off it in two weeks. My concern is my milk flow is decreasing drastically and I don't know what I can do to keep my milk flow up. Any suggestions? Starting to feel defeated 😒
