How long does your baby breastfeed??

I kno the "usual" amount is 10 to 15 min. But I just realized my baby only drinks for 5 minutes!! And only from one side, then the next feeding I give her the other side. How's your baby drinking cycles???

I NEVER switch sides because it's best for their weight gain and she feeds for 5-10 minutes.

My daughter had reflux and probably still does just not as bad, but she eats from one side at a time most of the time. They said smaller feedings would help the reflux. On abnormal feeding she nurses for 5-10 minutes. I don't know if she's just done or more interested in everything else that's going on. But she eats often. Now on occasion if she's sleepy she'll eat until she falls asleep and once I try to unlatch she'll start eating again. That sometimes can last up to about 30 minutes.
