Call dr after hours for swollen ankles? I don't have a comparison photo. Can it wait until morning?

It doesn't hurt to ask. But remember swelling in the hands and feet is normal later in pregnancy, especially if you've been on your feet a lot.

My hands feel like my skin is going to pop off of them they hurt and are so swollen! But my doctor keeps telling me my blood pressure is good so she isn't worried about it. My ankles and feet seem to be more swollen in the evenings. 
Did you eat something with a lot of salt? I would first try drinking a lot of water and elevating them or soaking them in Epsom salt first. 
Also my doctor told me to only call and report it if one hand/foot is more swollen than the other.

Mine have been bad for a week.  My doctor gave me a prescription for compression socks.  I can actually wear real shoes again!

Thanks ladies! The doctor was pretty dismissive. They seem better now. I hadn't been on my feet all day, and had normal amount of water. My food may have been a bit saltier, but not by much. I have an appt today, so we shall see! Thanks, again!

It doesn't hurt to call your doctor.  I know swollen hands and feet is normal at the end of pregnancy but I had swollen everything starting my third trimester.  My BP was always perfect and no protein in my urine and then one day out of nowhere at 34 weeks I went to L&D not feeling well and ended up being admitted, diagnosed with HELLP syndrome and giving birth.

Can't hurt to call, especially of you're also experiencing a headache, dizziness or blurry vision. Could indicate preeclampsia.

I would check your BP to make sure it's not the start of preeclampsia.

If your delivering hospital is close by, you might want to call and let them know? They might just have you come in to check on  your blood pressure and make sure it isn't sudden preeclampsia.
