Chewing on hands does not always mean teething. Babies cut their first tooth around six or seven months.

You can get half of a wash cloth wet and freeze it, and then give your baby the dry end to hold so they can suck and chew on the frozen end. They'll like the texture and the cold will feel soothing on their gums.

My first 2 boys(7&4 now) started teething at 3 months and got teeth at 4 1/2 months. Every child is different. They liked the binky because it soothed their gums. I know it's hard to see them in pain. My 3 month old is going through it now

My son just started teething a couple of weeks ago. He's always chomping on anything he can find and the drool is pouring out like a waterfall! I massage his gums for him with my finger and he likes to chomp on his binky (advent soother brand.) I am looking for some more remedies though. Good luck with your daughter. She's gorgeous!

My son love cold apple slices in those mesh fresh feeder things, frozen waffle slices.. we also do Tylenol or Motrin as needed

My child is 3 1/2 months old. She's been chewing on her hands and drooling since she was 2 1/2 months. She's not cutting teeth yet, but it's possible she might start. Every baby is different but babies can start cutting teeth around 3 months. I just have her a teething toy to chew on. I've heard teething tablets cause seizures but I also heard they don't. Either way, I'm going to stay away from them.

Go to walgreens buy a teething tablets called humphries or hyland they are a life saver.. go to walmart and buy this buzzing teeth strawberry toy and it will also relax her gums and she will love the toy.. hope this help. You're baby girl is beautiful.
