Yellowish discharge😣

I had unprotected sex last weekend. First he came outside a huge quantity of cum. He came two more times only inside me and those other times were significantly smaller amounts. (Im on nexplanon and was on my period) My question is, what is this yellowish clearish liquid that stained my underwear today. Is that like his cum that just came back down or what could it be?
