Hi everyone 26 year old and feel super alone with this! I'm super new to this app so I was just wondering if anyone has ever dealt with the after effects of removing mirena and dealing with pcos? I initially had endometrial hyperplasia which is why the doctor recommended mirena but that thing had me on an emotional rollercoaster and I gained about 30 lbs with it. I had mirena taken out a little more than month ago and so far only had one period the worst I've had but this month so far nothing, I do have unprotected sex with my bf of 3 years so I took a pregnancy test and it was negative. So has anyone ever had e.h with pcos and had mirena removed ? Any advice or side effects?
