coffee drinking during pregnancy?

My doctor said 200 mg and below is perfectly fine. I am so reliant on coffee and I just wanted to see what you girls were doing and if you were still drinking. Or if you drank it in a previous pregnancy and if everything turned out fine. I'm 21 weeks and baby is absolutely perfect so far!

I gave up coffee during the first 12 weeks but now I drink it when I feel like it. Iced coffee, espresso - never in overabundance but every few days I indulge. My son is developing beautifully and we're both healthy. 28 weeks!

I drink iced coffee sometimes and it doesn't effect me or baby one bit.

I drink every morning.  Just 1 cup with previous and this pregnancy.. everything is fine with my daughter .

I'm still drinking it, 1-2 a day, 2 if I'm desperate, usually only 1. I was ignored off it the first trimester and into the second...those were dark days for me!

While I am also paranoid about baby and my health, I do enjoy a couple cups of hot tea or an iced tea now and then.  One of my friends had terrible headaches from caffeine withdrawal and her doctor INSISTED she consume a small amount each day to prevent the headaches.

Thanks everyone for their input! It feels good to know I'm not alone. Stopped cold turkey until 15 weeks but now have been allowing myself to have a cup a day or so.

I used to live on coffee and Red Bull, literally couldn't function without it. The day I knew I was pregnant I stopped cold turkey. Idk how I did it, but I didn't crave it all, which was weird because normally I would have really bad withdrawals from it after a few hours. The doctor said some was ok, but I have been super careful because we tried for 2 years to get pregnant and I didn't want to risk it, plus I had miscarried before.
