Breast milk?

Question

I've heard from just about every mother I know that your breasts will hurt when you produce colostrum.

I'm 29 weeks and have no soreness or discomfort whatsoever. 
I'm becoming a tad worried I will not produce any milk.

Should I shrug this off or be concerned?

Shrug it off! I had the same concern: no sign of anything being produced by my breasts but apparently it was at work.

Your boobs will probably hurt when your milk comes in. Mine came in 4 days PP and were super engorged, it looked like I had implants. I used warm compresses before I fed her and gel packs after. I just had to pump to relieve it. It got better about 2 days after

I am 35 weeks and my boobs haven't been sore since I was around 17 weeks. I'm certain my milk is coming in just fine.

I never saw anything until my baby was born and they put her on my breast. They had me hand express and there it was.

If you squeeze your nipples see if anything comes out.. Mine never hurt and I had colostrum at like 27 weeks

Shrug it off. If your breasts don't change at all during pregnancy then you might be a little concerned. But only a little.

Little to no pain and I've been leaking colostrum for over a month.

They won't hurt for colostrum, but can get very sore and hard when your milk comes in. It's called engorgement. My sister was engorged for almost a week and in a lot of pain. My experience only lasted a day, and they didn't get that sore, but they will get rock hard when your milk comes in, it will look like you have implants 😋
