sharp pains

So for the longest time now (about 3-2 months) I've been getting really bad sharp pains in my stomach (my ribs my chest my lower stomach going into my back) and I have tried looking up what it can be and the description are no where close to the pains in getting it feels like someone is stabbing me and twisting the knife in my stomach can someone please tell me what this could be? (I'm too scared to ask my mom or my doctor)
