is it possible to re teach latch and breastfeeding after bottle feeding?

Abbie
My baby has had latch issue from the start and recently her tongue tie has made her extra fussy and only
Taking an oz from me. She is 8 weeks, last week I developed thrush, that along with bad habits from the born us, inverted nipples and tongue tie breastfeeding was extremely sore. Iv been pumping the past week exclusively and using nipple like bottles (no pace feeding tho) iv used lanolin all week as well as hydracortizone, lotrimin and something else beginjng with a n and my nipples have never felt better lol so as long as the thrush is gone by the time I see the lactation consultant next week (she doesn't know I haven't put baby to breast) I really want to work hard with a nipple shield and possible cut the tongue tie. Is it possible or has my daughter probably gotten to used to the bottle to be able to latch well on the boob?
