could I have had a chemical pregnancy?

My period was supposed to come yesterday , but on Monday I started spotting and bleeding that lasted three days . In this time I've been extremely tired and feeling nauseous just like with the first time I was pregnant. I took a test everyday since but the line is so weak and not getting stronger. But I'm still feeling tired and off. I have an appointment for my dr in two weeks from today (I'm going on holiday tomorrow) so dose this sounds like a chemical ? (With all the joy of children it's just not on my plan now)
