I've never been on any sort of birth control but I have a fairly easy period that only comes once every other month. About every other month I get one day of heavy flow and the rest are medium to light and only light cramps a few days before my cycle starts. If I take birth control of any kind i'm afraid it will mess up my cycle and make my cycle more frequent, more painful, and a lot heavier flow which is the opposite of what I want. Any advice?
