STRESS AND WEIGHT LOSS
I've been stressing so much that I've been loosing weight like crazy ... I'm currently @111lbs & I'm 5'1.
Are there any foods I can consume to reduce my stress and help me pick me weight back up?
I have a blender so I can blend up some things.
I'm also a anemic & a diabetic are there any iron rich/ low sugary foods that you recommend?
