HELP HELP HELP

So i was on the depo over 2 years ago and now my period are coming every month, but at different times during the month. Ive havent been able to conceive so i stop trying. According to this app my period was suppose to come 5 days ago, but it still havent came. I took a pregnancy test 2 days ago and it was negative. My sister told me that cyst run in our family so it might be a chance that i am inferitle. I pray that i am not inferitle bc i am only 20 and i would love to have children. Idk if my period would come this month, but if it dont; should i go to the hospital or not worry? Have anyone else have these symptoms after the depo.
