Too early to test?

So my I got my first ever positive ovulation tests 10/3-10/6 while taking provera. I started provera 10/1 and I'm suppost to bleed within ten days after I stopped taking it. It's been 3 days and I haven't bled however I'm wondering if I could be pregnant if I was I'd probably only be a week/ week and a half would it be too early to test should I wait until next Friday for a more accurate result? Could this be the reason I haven't bled? Opinions!!!?
