Did any of you do anything that induced labor?

Naturally? I mean obviously nothing is scientifically proven but if any of you did one of the theories that's supposed to help get labor started and it seemed to work, please share!

Sex. Get ontop, once he cums lie down and try not to get up. The sperm will soften the cervix

I walked my dogs, did lunges and squats and went into labor that night! 😉

I was a week late and had tried everything. One evening I had a spicy meal for dinner, then went for a walk on the beach which was not easy when I was that huge. The next morning I went into labor. I had also come to terms with the fact that I was going to have to be induced in a couple days so I was more relaxed and less anxious than I had been which also might have helped.

I did all the old wives tales and didn't work.  The Day I went into labour was a day where I just decided to do nothing and put my feet up.  I walking, no sex, no bouncing on the ball etc. 
I lay on the sofa and rented a movie. I was feeling so big and tired and fed up. 
The only thing I did that day was Nipple stimulation. 
My baby girl came on her due date.
