ttc month 5

So this is my month 5 ttc an idk what I'm doing wrong to have not been pregnant yet. I know lady's who have been trying longer an my heart goes out to all of them an I hope u lady's get your bfp soon. It's just with my first it didn't take much an now it's a totally different story I'm 21 an know I can get pregnant but I use opks pre-seed I take vitamins. I hope November is my month
