How did you mommies handle going from full time to part time work after baby?

Ive been at my job for 3 years i was one of the managrrs and my SO was also a managrr there well relationships are not allowed in the workplace.. yesturday my SO finally told our managrr while im on matrrnity leave that were together.. so now i cant come back to work there..:/ i am going to find a part time job.. i cant help but wish it were different because i was making 14.94 an hour but it wss retail and i would hardly see my babies. But now ill be able to be with my kids more and not miss out my 3 month old growing.. any advice?
