contraception

I'm thinking of going on a form of contraception either the pill or the contraceptive injection, I can't take tablets very well so the injection would probslly be better however if anyone is on either of these if you could give me some info on them I would appreciate it as I'm not sure what's best for me and sometimes it's better hearing from someone that takes it etc ... rather than someone that doesn't
