Took this a week ago or less

Never really paid attention to it but do I see a faint line both of my previous two pregnancyss have never shown up in urine p sticks nor blood work I've had to preemies in the past one was 26 weeks at 14 oz and is 3 today he has feeding issues but I'm blessed and the other was 31 weeks at 3 lbs he's 2 so I'm scared and nervous have been feeling fatigued and dizzy and headache with abdominal pain near ovareies should I try to test again soon
