1 or 2?!

What do you need 2 of and what do you only need 1 of?! My babies will be here in 9 weeks and I don't feel prepared at all!

We're doing 2 of the basic needs: crib, car seat, high chair, rock and play.  Then 1 of each: swing, exersaucer, pack and play, stroller (double), etc.

I have two cribs, one pack n play, twon swings, two bouncers, one bumbo, eurgo, moby wrap (for the first few months so i can wear them together), two car seats, double stroller and two high chairs.

We are doing something very similar to what the other mama said.. only 1 rock and play, but 2 pack and plays.. but it's mainly so we can keep a pack and play up constantly in our living room and bedroom and not have to carry it up and down stairs.
