what is this rash?

Is this ringworm? Or just a regular fungal infection? And at home remedies? Or could I go to the hospital? Because my doctor doesn't take my insurance anymore and I'm currently doctorless. They itch and they have little liquid filled bumps super small.

may be bed bugs. i them bad when i was in college.

Would you describe them as small blisters? If so, it might be dyshidrotic eczema. I've had it before. It's not contagious and it usually clears up with a steroid cream.

Do they itch? Are they fluid-filled? Is it naturally peeling, or are you peeling it? Are there any complete circles?
