what milk other then cows milk can I drink while breastfeeding? my doctors said soy and that's all she knew of/: can I drink others at all?

You should try fairlife! It's lactose free and tastes soooo much better than regular milk!

Almond :) it's really the best. Soy tends to have some kind of link associated with increased levels of estrogen and may lead to thyroid problems. Not a doctor but I've heard it from many health care providers but they just don't have proven facts so all they can do is discourage you from it.

Almond milk, rice milk, oat milk, cashew milk. I like rice milk the most personally.
