what to buy?

Ok I made it halfway through this pregnancy and I want to start nesting. Seeing as it's my first baby I don't really know what to get. I know I should start buying diapers clothing and bottles, but I'm not sure how much of anything I should get, or what else I should have handy. Can you guys make some suggestions?

Some smaller, but necessary items would be a favorite blanket, saline spray, GOOD aspirator (the blue one from the hospital works well for a short time), bouncer seat, a simple car seat toy that attaches/detaches with different textures for baby to feel (like crinkly wings).
