Does anyone know how long it take for an antibiotic to kick in after taking 1 pill my doc prescribed me an antibiotic for UTI?

Antibiotics won't work Immediately. They take time to kill bacteria. That's why you are prescribed 5-10 days worth (usually). 
However, sometimes the particular type of bacteria you have can be resistant to the antibiotics you are taking so do pay attention to whether or not your symptoms are subsiding. 
Also, you can take a med called peridium that's prescribed (or azos has an over the counter version at any pharmacy) that masks the symptoms while the antibiotics is taking its time to work. ☺

Ouch! In my experience, you should be feeling relief by the first or second day. I had a really bad one and the antibiotics I was on helped pretty quickly. If you're not noticing anything in 3 days from taking it, definetly tell your doctor. Feel better and drink lots of water 😭😱
