Breastfeeding Fears

So my first was bottle fed since I had to choose between breastfeeding and having moods stable.

Well this time around, I am determined to at least give it a try and maybe continue with future children, but I'm super scared that I'll lock myself in the house because I don't wanna breastfeed in public.

I have seen a lot of anti public breastfeeding ads and rants from people. I'm looking for some advice or encouragement or both from moms, who have breastfed (whether in public or not). It'd be nice to see how they dealt with it.
