alternatives to an epidural
What are all the alternatives to an epidural? Please explain the process. Did anyone get a local anesthetic injection? If so, was your experience good or bad? I know it doesn't cover the contraction pain. It's my first child and I'm due in early December. I'm being iffy about an epidural.
