I got off of the depo shot back in July. I was supposed to get my second shot that month but my insurance was canceled. I've been off it for A about three months now and I sleep with my boyfriend maybe 2-3 times a week and this month I've been cramping on one side and getting maybe 2-3 drops of pinkish discharge but that's it. Could this be implantation bleeding? (Btw I haven't started my period since I took the first shot but I feel like I've already ovulated. Spotting has been going on for two days
