Am I crazy? I need your opinion

It was my last day at my job. It’s where i met my ex (we’ve been broken up for nearly a year, but really good friends now). A bunch of us were gonna go out for drinks after work. My ex, S, didn’t want to come so he suggested we meet at Applebee’s for a drink, just us two. 

I get there. He’s on his phone the whole time. He asks me maybe one question. I ask him why he’s being weird, and he says he’s really pressed for time. So I asked “why did you even invite me here then? You could’ve just said another time…” and his reply was “I wanted to make you happy”

He said we needed to get lunch one day. Stands up. Pulls a $20 bill out of his wallet and throws it on the table, tries to hug me while I’m sitting down still, and fucking leaves. 

Leaves me by myself in the bar without touching his drink. 

Am I crazy for being upset and hurt? Like are my feelings valid?

I'm 22 and he's 44 by the way, if that matters lol.
