picking a fight at 40+3

My SO just picked a fight with me over where I went grocery shopping (demonstrably cheap and spent $21, then cooked him dinner while he was at work but he wouldn't eat it because he was so mad). He wouldn't believe the store was inexpensive even after I showed him numerous articles (business insider, etc.) Obviously this is the DUMBEST argument of all time but he's being a dick when I could literally go into labor at any moment. Have any of you been in a fight right before or during labor?
