What's going on??
I have this horrible habit of once I stay up late it's hard to get to sleep at a good time after that. So finals week like 2 weeks ago I was up till 3:30 or so and now I can't break that cycle.. I sleep in, but still I need to get to sleep at a better time..I don't know what to do about that? I've been noticing dizziness and headaches like for the last week almost.. Could that be from lack of sleep?? I'm just looking for some answers so I don't think it's something more serious (the headaches and dizziness)
