pain on left side of lower abdomen and lower back pain. and now pain shooting down leg

I have had the absolute worst back pain for the last three weeks with the pain intensifying after I ovulated. I unexpectedly got my period yesterday at 11 dpo. I have t had my normal cramps just intense lower back pain to the point where I can't get up and sharp pains in my lower left abdomen. The pain in my abdomen is now radiating down my left leg. Has anyone experienced this before? I'm very suspicious seeing that my period was super early for me and now I'm experiencing this pain!
