Baby stopped taking bottle

Anyone come across this? I went back to work this week and he's been refusing the bottle from my husband (before he had no problem taking it). Instead he now breastfeeds every 2 hours at night, so I've been a zombie all week. We are trying different things - my husband tried giving him bottle at night but it didn't work, we tried different bottles. What I've read online is that when this happens, women end up switching to bottles exclusively because the babies can't do both, and I'm trying to avoid having to do that. Hopefully someone had this happen and then baby started eventually cooperating?
