3 weeks postpartum and baby weight.
During my entire pregnancy I was active. I walked at least three miles a day and ate incredibly healthy. I thought, oh when the baby comes I'll keep it up.. No big deal! I'll make time to exercise and lose the baby weight fast. Um REALITY CHECK. I now have hardly any time to even shower lol. I knew that life with a newborn was going to be rough but I really wasn't as prepared for how draining it would be. I feel guilty for not eating as healthy but I don't have the time to cook dinner anymore! Hopefully soon the baby will start sleeping more and I'll be able to exercise and prep my meals again. Until then, I'll just keep surviving each day as it comes. Anyone else the same way??
