Which Birth Control is better?

I have an appointment the 29th but don't know which Birth Control would be best. I'm currently trying to decide between the implant in the arm or the Depo shot. Has anyone had either of these or heard anything about them? Thanks so much in advance! ❤️❤️

Don't do depo. It slowed my metabolism down and weekend me and my bones. Teeth problems are the worst.

I've had the drop and it was nice it lasts 6months but I learned that the depo shot weakens your bones. I just did the implant yesterday and my dr said that he recommends that. Plus it lasts 3years
