Natural ways to help start labour?! I'm desperate!

My ob said sitting on a yoga ball and lightly bouncing for awhile helps engage baby. I did it for an hour yesterday & I ended up losing my mucus plug.

Not sure if that's a coincidence or if the ball is helping my cervix dilate more...?

She also noted sex and nipple stimulation too. Lol so between those three things, u should have a nice weekend! 😜 good luck!

Girl cinnamon stick tea!! I hate drugs so I tried many natural ways...this one definitely worked! Drank two hot cups before yesterday.  One in the morning and one at bedtime.  Did the same yesterday. Also yesterday night, lost blood and contractions have been going on since then...until now...
