I have had really bad constipation so bad it's like giving birth and the poo is so hard and massive ... anyway the last few days when I've been it's always been bloody and after going today I noticed a large bloody mucusy blob on the side of my poo (I'm so embarrassed even writing this I'm glad no one knows me personally) I know it's come from my back end as I've wiped at the front and there's no blood from there so I'm thinking it must have been one of my piles but can they actually just fall off ???
