vaginal wall still hanging low🙁

I had my son is 4 months old, I had forceps, episiotomy and tore up sides of my vagina, it's a pretty mess down there, I have scar tissue and my vaginal wall is still hanging really low, I keep doing my kegels all day everyday and still no difference, have any of you experienced this or have any idea what could be wrong? Can it be fixed? 😩
