Intense period cramps but no period

My periods are very irregular I haven't had a period since June I have had intense period pains for about a week along with sore boobs but no period hasn't come each I go to the loo there is nothing there.. I suffer from very intense pain along with heavy bleeding when I do have a period but this time this pain is unbearable I have taken painkillers but nothing works hot water bottle doesn't work either I cry in pain!
