How can I sleep at night? I'm so sleepy and tired yet stay awake until 7 am then sleep and wake up at 10 am.
How can I sleep at night? I have a very bad headache. And black circles under my eyes.

Dream Water is crazy effective and cheap. (Melatonin) also, turn the phone off, the TV off, music off, lights off. Take a warm shower before hand. Stretch. Get some good old aromatherapy stuff. Focus on your breathing and heart beat. (Focus on making your breath slower, quieter, deeper, and more regular. It's meditation practice, but its always worked for me. Helps reduce stress levels that keep me awake.)

Take a Benadryl. My doctor recommended it since I have awful insomnia.
